I have been arranging flowers since I took a sacred flower arranging course at the National Cathedral in 2017. I then did weekly altar flowers for my church until interrupted by the pandemic. Only recently have I begun to consider that the yoga studio is what church wants to be in the twenty-first century. I am envisioning what it would look like to set up a yoga studio/flower shop near where I live in Oxford, OH.

Below you will find some of my favorite arrangements. I have a pretty eclectic style. When left to my own devices I move toward the very weird or the very romantic. I have completed two flower-arranging residencies with Sarah Ryhanen (World’s End/Saipua), and taken a workshop with Ariella Chezar and Nicolette Camille. I am available for weddings and events.

I have been a yogini since 2009, when I began to study with Melissa Montilla of Sanctuary Yoga in Gainesville, FL. I completed her 200 hour training in 2011. I have since had the great fortune to study yin yoga with Jee Moon (50 hour) and non-dual tantra with Tara Glazier of Abhaya Yoga (200 hr - though I definitely still owe her a final exam!). My sequences invite yogis to inhabit their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and play.
